    Polished plaster is an extremely fine lime putty, mixed with marble dust, pigments and other natural ingredients.

  • 2. Where can polished plaster be used?

    Polished Plaster is suitable for walls and ceilings. Due to its high alkalinity it is naturally anti-bacterial making it suitable for areas with high humidity. Due to its integral properties it is also ideal for high traffic areas. 

  • 3. What is Impasto Plaster?

    Impasto Plaster is an incredibly versatile material that allows for the creation of textured, embossed, and low-relief plaster finishes. When combined with Metallic Wax, Glaze, or standard paint, it offers endless possibilities, with the final result limited only by the creativity of the decorator.

  • 4. What colours can I have the plaster effect in?

    We can mix virtually any colour to work within your palette.

  • 5. What surfaces can plaster be applied to?

    Polished Plaster requires a sound substrate free of wallpaper and contaminates.  It can be applied to freshly skimmed walls and ceilings or existing painted areas that are in a sound condition.  

    Impasto plaster can be applied to virtually any sound surface including furniture.
